Malabar Night Shade or Alugbati for Abscess and Furuncle (Naknak At Pigsa)

Just found out about this nutritious vegetable same with spinach  that my mom always prepare and a good source of ink. You see it everywhere in our neighbors backyard. It is also a good substitute for Ampalaya leaves or Spinach.  My mother prepare mung beans soup with this vegetable and it is really good. We also prepare this steam with other vegetable like egg plant, okra and Bitter gourd then soak in calamansi and with steam fish.  Alugbati has a good source of   antioxidants; good source of vitamins A, B, and C, calcium and iron. Unlike other vegetable Alugbati has no bitter taste.

Suffering from Mouth Canker Sores..

Last week i bitten my lips while taking my lunch .. Ouch and expecting to have a Mouth Canker Sores. "Singaw" in our language. I hate having this kind of sore in my mouth it keeps on aching and affecting my tooth and it is a sleepless night. As i am suffering from this I search some remedies for this sore. I do usually use "tawas" or the Allum powder, but it has no effect at all and i did suffer a week long for this sore. That was so uncomfortable.
