Bad Breath Nibble on Parsley

Eating raw onions or even garlic. Or even those foods that makes your breath so bad. This foods makes our breath turns into a bad odor. Most of the time for me is when I eat onions. Sometimes with Shawarma full of onions on it. I met some people who love to eat foods that makes their breath so bad but they are not aware with their breath.

Bad breath is caused by odor-producing bacteria that grow in the mouth. When you don't brush and floss regularly, bacteria accumulate on the bits of food left in your mouth and between your teeth. The sulfur compounds released by these bacteria make your breath smell. With this remedy, this will help freshen your breath.

Using a parsley will help freshens bad bread. There is no other natural remedy other than this. Research by David Orlarsh, N.D., a naturopath in Plymouth, N.H. This herbal food garnish is rich in chlorophyll, Chloropyll can kills bacteria that cause bad odor. This can be found on parsley which is a green plant compound. So remember to nibble on a sprig after eating a food that turns your breath so bad.

So that's why there are chewing gums now that contain chlorophyll. But aren't all green leaves naturally contain that compound? I've read that it's the pigment that makes both plants and algae colored green. Anyhow, thanks for this tip! Parsley is a common herb, so I'm sure this will help a lot of people with their bad breath.
