Ginger for Digestion, Tonsillitis, Boost Immune System, Motion/Morning Sickness

From old days and today ginger has contributed so much in our daily live. Ginger rhizomes is widely use in cooking specially spices. My mother always uses whenever she prepare some food for us. Most and every country uses this root crop.  I have read this proverbs that says "An ancient Indian proverb states that everything good is found in ginger". For centuries Ginger has been used for medical purposes. In China today, half of all herbal prescriptions contain some form of ginger. And i have tried using this.

I love the fresh smell of ground ginger.I use it in my cooking.I also drink tea with a lot of ginger.It is known to cure many ailments.

Ginger is now recognised for pain relief especially in joint pains. If you have a really bad ache then besides taking it, the root can be cut so the juice is exposed and gently rubbed on the affected area. It is also used for circulation by many people as it helps to warm up both feet and hands in very cold countries.
